Description
The Marmaris Atlantis Waterpark Experience
If you are looking for a break from the salty sea water and want a day of family-friendly thrills without leaving the city center, Atlantis Waterpark is an excellent choice. Situated right in the heart of the Marmaris coastline in the Siteler district, it seamlessly blends pool-side adrenaline with the relaxing vibe of a Mediterranean beach holiday.
A quick reality check: Marmaris has two main waterparks. While the other (Aqua Dream) is situated high up on a hill, Atlantis is located directly on the beachfront. Atlantis is slightly more compact, but it is famous for being the only waterpark in Marmaris that features its own private sandy beach, making it incredibly convenient if you want to switch between riding water slides and swimming in the sea.
What to Expect
1. The Thrill Slides Despite its compact beachfront location, the park packs in plenty of adrenaline-pumping rides for older kids and adults. You can race your friends down the multi-lane Splash Boat Run, drop vertically on the Free Fall and Kamikaze slides, or get spun around in the Space Bowl. For a more sensory-driven ride, the enclosed, winding tube of the Black Hole is a massive favorite.
2. The Kids Zone Atlantis is heavily geared toward families with younger children. The dedicated Kids Land features shallow, warm wading pools packed with interactive water mushrooms, mini octopus slides, and gentle fountains. It is designed to be a safe, highly visible area where toddlers and small children can splash around comfortably.
3. The Wave Pool and Mini Golf When you need a break from climbing the slide towers, you can head to the center of the park to bob around in the massive wave pool, which operates at regular intervals throughout the day. The park also features an 18-hole mini-golf course (usually for a small extra fee) if you want to dry off and enjoy some friendly family competition.
4. The Private Beach and Sunbathing One of the best features of Atlantis is its private beach. You can literally walk out the back of the waterpark and straight onto the sand. The park provides free sunbeds and umbrellas for its guests both around the pools and right on the beach, giving you the ultimate flexibility to relax however you prefer.

-
Family-Focused: The layout is highly manageable, meaning parents can easily keep an eye on older children exploring the slides while staying close to the toddler pools.
